He was a resident of Brunswick the past 50 years. He was a member of Taylor United Methodist Church, Adult Bible Sunday School Class and chairman of the trustees board. He retired from Frank A. McBride Co. after 10 years of service. He was a member of C.C. Hunting Club and Plumber & Pipe Fitter Local 177. SURVIVORS: his wife, Leona Cowart Kennedy of Brunswick; two sisters, Evelyn Sisk of Brunswick and Geneva Williams of Red Bluff, Calif.; a brother, E.B. Kennedy of St. Simons Island; 21 nieces and nephews. VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today at Glynn Rose Funeral Home. FUNERAL: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Taylor United Methodist Church.
