PATTERSON - A funeral service for Mrs. Beulah Morris Walker, 75, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Laura Chapel Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 5 p.m. today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hilda Nasworthy Crews, 4896 Stanfield Road, Patterson. The body will be taken to the Crews residence this afternoon from Smith Funeral Home, Blackshear.
Ms. Walker died Monday morning (March 19, 2001) at Satilla Regional Medical Center, Waycross, following a brief illness. She was an Appling County native but resided in Pierce County most of her life. She was a homemaker and the daughter of the late Joe Morris and Dollie Carter Morris.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Clifford Walker and James Willie Aspinwall.
She was a homemaker and a member of Laura Chapel Baptist Church and the Ladies Sunday School Class. She was also a member of the Pierce County Senior Citizens Club.
She is survived by six daughters, Libby Jacobs of Nicholls, Joan Carter (husband Clayton) of Nahunta, Dottie Read (husband Marshall) of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., and Hilda Nasworthy Crews (husband Flemming), Jean Thornton (husband Robert) and Mary Ann Harris, all of Patterson; two step-sons, Berley Walker of Jesup and Vernon Walker of Waynesville; a sister, Maggie Morris of Patterson; a brother, Henry Morris of Hazlehurst; 24 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Mrs. Beulah Walker
PATTERSON - A funeral service for Mrs. Beulah Walker was conducted Wednesday morning at Laura Chapel Baptist Church in Patterson with the Rev. Tim Rowell officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
The pallbearers were Bobby Jacobs, Jake Jacobs, Jamie Carter, Robby Vickery, Shay Vickery, Chad Thornton, Bill Read and Edward Walker.
Arrangements were with Smith Funeral Home of Blackshear.
