  	INDIAN TERRITORY STREET DUEL Special Dispatch to the Globe-Democrat PARIS, TEX., Jan 16 - H. W. Berry, a business man at Antlers, I. I., was shot and mortally wounded at that place today by Will Green. The trouble arose last night. There was a party at Berry's house, and some of the young men became noisy, Berry became angry at their conduct, and seemed to blame Green. This morning they met, and both were armed. Berry assumed the aggressive, and it is said endeavored to bluff Green by presenting his Winchester. Green had a shotgun, and both men fired about the same time. Berry's shot went wild, but Green's took effect in Berry's abdomen. Green was arrested and placed in jail. He was in there only a short time when he was released by friends, given a Winchester, and left in the direction of the mountains. United States Marshal Williams was notified by wire of what had happened. Warrants were issued, and deputies left to capture Green. Berry says he fired to scare Green. His death is momentarily expected.
