- Harley Cleon Powell Jr., 72, a life time resident of Dundalk, MD.
He was born Feb. 8, 1946 in Baltimore, MD, to the late Harley Powell Sr. and June D. Powell.
He suffered with Alzheimer's for two years and then passed away of a heart attack on October 21, 2018 at the Harbor Hospital of Baltimore.
Harley was a hard and dedicated worker 40 plus years of service at Bethlehem Steel and delivered flowers for various florists in the Dundalk and Essex area.
He was a devoted husband and father.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Rose Lull-Powell; one son, Harley Powell III (wife Tina); four stepchildren: Tricia, Philip, Michael, Raymond (wife Suzie); sister, Barbara and Mike Richardson; in-laws: Bobby and Dave Holstein; Merry and Ron Gentry; Robert and Linda Lull; and eight grandchildren which he loved dearly as they lovingly called him "Grand Pop or Pop-Pop".
Harley loved to sing and dance, his favorite song was "I want it that way" by the Backstreet Boys.
He leaves to cherish his memories: all of his family, friends, co-workers at the Bethlehem Steel, various florists, and the staff at Rehoboth God has made room assistant living.
