Mrs. Eva Maude K. Smith - REIDSVILLE - Mrs. Eva Maude K. Smith, 83 passed away Saturday May 28, 2011 at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton.
The Reidsville native had lived New York and Florida before moving back to Reidsville many years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the Reidsville United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Kennedy and brothers, J.C. Kennedy and Rader Kennedy.
She is survived by her husband, Joel E. Smith of Reidsville; sons, Tommy Hill of South Vietnam, Harry Hill of New York State; daughter, Rebecca McDade of Reidsville; sister, Lalah Kennedy of Claxton; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three nephews and two nieces also survives.
Visitation will begin at 6:00pm on Tuesday May 31, 2011 from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Wednesday from the Reidsville United Methodist Church with the Reverend Marc Foster officiating.
Interment will be private.
Memorials may be given to the Reidsville United Methodist Church Building Fund, PO Box 218 Reidsville, GA 30453. Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home Reidsville Chapel .
