- Lois 'Punkin' Brown, 87, passed away July 1, 2016. Born November 24, 1928 in Dundee, FL to Herman L. and Amanda Taylor Anderson. She moved here from Polk County in 1944. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roland A. 'Hambone' Brown; daughter, Susie Freeman; three sisters; and three brothers.
Lois is survived by her daughters, Janice James (Danny), Linda Wiley (Odis), Jackie Therrien (Marcel); brother, Raymond Leon Anderson; ten grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m, Friday, July 8, 2016 at the Fairfield Baptist Church, with Rev. Raymond Casselberry officiating. Visitation will be a half hour prior. Interment will follow in the Fairfield Baptist Church Cemetery.
