- Ola Elizabeth Morgan Johns, 71, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 18, 2014.
She was a life-long resident of Florida and a member of South Middleburg Baptist Church. Ola loved cooking for her family and friends and going to the beach. Her greatest passion was reading and studying her bible every day. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Ola was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David S. Johns and 2 children, Little Olin Johns and David Lynn Johns.
She is survived by her 6 children, Debra Ann Huntley, Gary Pons, Troy Johns and his wife Tanya, Timothy Johns and his wife Alicia, Sandra Johnson and her husband Tommy and David Johns; brother, Ronnie Ray Masters and his wife Debra; sisters, Edith Mae Hattabaugh and her husband Carl, Barbara Ann Morgan and Eunice Kay Vanderstelt; 10 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2014 at South Middleburg Baptist Church with Reverend Delton Kilpatrick officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Padgett Cemetery. Arrangements under the care of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home, 501 Spring St., Green Cove Springs, FL 32043
