- HARDEN W. C. “ Clarence” Harden, 80, of Folkston, passed away December 7, 2003.
He was a native and life long resident of Charlton County. He was a member of Philadelphia Free Will Baptist Church.
His parents were the late William Henry and Monnie Crews Harden. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Clarice Knox.
He is survived by his wife, Leona Harden of Folkston; a daughter, Barbara Adams of Jacksonville, FL; 4 sons, WIlliam Harden and Walter Harden, both of Folkston, Ga, Jerry Harden and Keith Harden, both of Atlanta, Georgia; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday December 9 at Shepard Funeral Home in Folkston from 6-9pm. Funeral services will be held Wednesday December 10 at 11:00am at Philadelphia Free Will Baptist Church in Folkston. Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery. Shepard Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
