  Thomas Edward Wilkes Wilkes, Thomas Edward Tom Wilkes, renowned art director and record album cover artist, died June 29, 2009 in Yucca Valley, CA. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Katherine Wilkes Fotch and John Fotch, grandaughters Elizabeth Travers and Mary Kate Fotch, grandson John Wilkes Fotch and brother Dennis Wilkes. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 11 at 2:00 at First Presbyterian Church of Orange, 191 N. Orange Street, Orange, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to fund ALS research to the ALS Association Development Department, 27001 Agoura Rd., Suite 250, Calabasas, CA 91301, in Tom's memory.
