Son Francis & Robert- my land on Welches Creek; should they die before they come of age then to my sons Samuell & William. Wife Mary- 1/3 my personal estate& she to be executrix of Francis Beasley's will. Wife Mary son James Exrs. Test ann Stewart, James Hoopers, E Moselry.
